a.every beneficiary's information should be registered by customer to avoid any delivery mistake.

b.there is an amount limit to the remittance, every customer could not remit over HKD500,000.00 or its equivalent every day. (Customer has the right to change the limit.) In addition, customer may set the limit of every beneficiary and we choose the lower limit.

c.a Transaction Password should provided to every remittance.

How to use iT's Personal Banking Services Online

1.How do I register for iT's Personal Banking Services Online?

Only the iT's Banking account holders of Bank of China Limited Macau Branch can register for the iT's Personal Banking Services Online.

For applying iT's BankingServices, you must be:

(1) Aging18 or above.

(2) Being our Savings account holder.

You are welcome to visit any one of our sub-branches for the simple application procedure during our office hours.

2.What is the service charge for iT's Personal Banking Services Online?

iT's Personal Banking Services Online is a free service. For some of the transactions, there may be a service charge or commission fee. For more information about this issue, please inquire from our bank. Also, you need to pay for your surfing charge to your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

3.Is there any time limitation for using iT's Personal Banking Services Online?

There is no time limitation for using iT's Personal Banking Services Online. For security reason, if you stay on a screen inactively for more than 10 minutes, your iT's Personal Banking Services Online connection will be suspended and a screen will come up with this message: "Sorry, Your connection has been expired. Thank you for using BOC Macau iT's Personal Banking Services Online". When this happens, you are required to re-enter your iT's ID and personal password in order to continue using our Services.

4.What are the limits for fund transfer on a daily basis through iT's Personal Banking Services Online?

The fund transfer limits of BOC Macau iT's Banking Services (shared by all electronic channels) are as follows:

a.Transfer to your own accounts, each transaction limit is HKD 8,000,000.00 or its equivalent if it is involved in foreign exchange.

b.If it is converted into Macau Pataca, every user can effect the total amount of HKD8,000,000.00 on every business day. The total amount of HKD8,000,000.00 is for all Macau Pataca conversion transactions through iT's Banking Services (including iT's Telephone Banking, iT's Mobile Banking or iT's Personal Banking Services Online).

c.If the fund transfer is concerning about any third party account through iT's Banking Services account (including iT's Telephone Banking, iT's Mobile Banking or iT's Personal Banking Services Online), the daily transaction limit is HKD 500,000.00 or its equivalent for each third party account.

5.How do I confirm the transaction being accepted on iT's Personal Banking Services Online?

Under the normal circumstances, upon the completion of all online financial transaction, the bank will issue a transaction number to confirm the close of the transaction. During the process, should your computer go down or the Internet connection be disconnected, you can check the transaction status at the Latest Transaction Information Enquiry, or simply call our Service Hotline at (853)888 95566.

6.Is there any limit for Bill Payment service through iT's Personal Banking Services Online?

Other than credit card payments, there is no upper limit for all other Bills Payment. The upper limit for all credit card payments through each iT's Banking Service account (including payment instruction through phone, mobile or internet banking) is HKD/MOP150,000per day.

7.How to deal the Online Remittance Services?

You may come to our bank to register the beneficiary's information if you are the customer of our iT's Banking Service. After you had finished the registration, you may remit through our iT's Banking Services.

8.What should I do if I have further queries on iT's Personal Banking Services Online?

You are welcomed to visit any of our branch/sub-branches at our office hours, or call our Service Hotline at (853)888 95566 or post your inquiry via email.

9.How can I apply for the RMB deposit service?

You are welcome to apply for RMB deposit services at any sub-branches. If you got the foreign currency deposit account already, it is not necessary to open an extra account. In addition, you may also exchange the RMB by foreign currency transfer through iT's Banking Services.

10.I were foreign currencies saving account holder, the RMB deposit transaction is rejected, why?

According to the rules of The People's Bank of China Limited only the Macau citizen could apply for the RMB services. In addition, only one saving account (including the joint name account) is allowed for RMB deposit service.

11.How can I apply for the RMB fixed deposit account?

You can manage your RMB fixed deposit by opening a multi currencies fixed deposit account. However, you must withdrawal from the multi currencies saving account, the principal and interest will be deposited into the same account with the original currency.

12.What is the amount limitation for RMB business?

The transaction amounts for RMB business have the follow limitations:

Deposit into / Withdrawl from account by exchange, each transaction amount must not more than RMB 20,000 per day/ per person.

For outward remittance, the maximum amount must not more than RMB 50,000 per day/ per person.
