Notice Regarding Password Upgrade of BOCNET and BOC Mobile Banking Services

Dear Customer:

To provide you with better e-Banking services quality, password safety standard has been upgraded and implemented on BOCNET and BOC Mobile Banking services. While logging-in BOCNET or BOC Mobile Banking Services, you are required to reset passwords before continue. Details of password change schedule are as follows:

1.From Oct 27,2017 until Nov 30, 2017, password change notification will pop-up and invite you to change login password and transaction password.

2.From Dec 1, 2017 to March 17, 2018, customer with unchanged passwords will be forced to change login password and transaction password before logging-in.

3.From March 18, 2018, customer with unchanged passwords cannot login BOCNET or BOC Mobile Banking Services and you are required to visit the Bank to reset passwords.
